Krystabelle is a huge fan of LOL dolls, ever since she came across them on kids YouTube videos she has become somehow obsessed with them and has started her very own collection a few months ago.
So when she received the Purple Pearl Surprise for her birthday she was one very excited little girl.
LOL Pearl Surprise is part of the LOL Surprise family except it’s almost half the price and instead of a big plastic ball it comes in a plastic shell. Here’s what it looks like once you take the lid off.
The most exciting thing about this for Krystabelle was opening each layer, you start off with six pearl balls to open up as you can see in the above picture. Inside each one there’s a different accessory. There are lots of swimming costumes and even little shoes. These are made from a rubber type material which makes it easy for little ones to be able to dress their dolls.
In the next layer there’s a big shell shaped bath bomb, except this isn’t for the bath but instead you fill up the shell case with warm water to drop your bath bomb in, we used a bowl instead as the case didn’t seem sturdy enough.
Krystabelle then slowly placed the bath bomb into the bowl of water and it started fizzing away instantly, it started steaming up and overflowing over the sides of the bowl. She started to scream but within seconds started laughing.
After the fizzing has stopped you’re left with a big pink plastic shell to open. Inside there are three more packets to open. Inside these packets there was a LOL surprise doll, a LIL sister doll and a rubber bottle. You can then keep the plastic shell as a stand for the dolls too.
Krystabelle absolutely loved the whole process of the LOL Pearl Surprise and has now asked for the blue one for Christmas.
The only downside to these is that the bath bomb does stain, so I would highly recommend putting a towel down first.
None the less, they are such a fun experience for little ones and they have hours of imaginative play afterwards.
LOL Surprise Pearl Surprise retails at £29.99.
